Enlli Associates Ltd is a business consultancy specialising in training analysis, information management and strategy for public sector organisations. As well as being the annual organiser of the Fast Growth 50 gala dinner, the company is involved in a range of other projects.
It is currently the Welsh partner in the EU Leonardo da Vinci project ‘Qual-Regen’ which is involved in designing and delivering accredited vocational qualifications for workers involved in social and economic regeneration activities throughout Europe.
With other partners from Sweden, Lithuania, Italy, England and Wales, the team is researching into existing qualifications in the UK and Europe in general , developing new modules to satisfy identified competency gaps, testing and valorisation activities and advising on the accreditation process.
The company also specialises in developing key projects for the library and information management sectors.
Recent projects undertaken in this area include a training need analysis for North Wales Library Partnership, Preparation of a 3 year Regional Plan for SWAP (the South West Wales Area library partnership) to encourage partnership working in terms of staff development, marketing and resource discovery in the partnership area; a project for CyMaL exploring ‘Sharing good practice: exploring the transferability of the Handbook of Information Literacy Teaching to other learning organisations’; and consultancy for CLIC – Cardiff Libraries in Cooperation - which implemented practical measures which will improve access to library services for those living, working and studying in Cardiff.
